  1. One of my co-workers has created a series of street racing and car tech DVD's he wants to test market. He's looking at 2 different discs, 100 copies each to start. Most of the places I've spotted have larger minimums, anyone have any suggestions on any places that can do this?
They're small enough for DVD5's if that makes a difference.

these guys have awesome prices on media, cases, ink, whatever.

and they have a CD / DVD duplication service. I haven't compared prices so I can't say it's the best, but it seems ok to me. 100 piece DVD duplication = $300.

just remember that most places won't replicate (press) dvds in runs less than 500-1000 - they'll duplicate them (burned dvd-r)

what kind of packaging are you looking for? if you have a burner, DIY.

    disc - .40
    amray case - .30
    color insert - .25 - .50 (maybe less - local print shop)
    label printed on disc - .50 (Epson 200 printer - $100)

    total price per disc - $1.50 - $1.75

this also allows you to do as many as you need, rather than doing 200 and ending up with 100 sitting in your closet.
