Looking for the right app/way to grab Rai Storia

I'd like to rrcord the streaming of this link: http://www.rai.tv/dl/RaiTV/dirette/PublishingBlock-f630463f-a1b1-4ca6-925a-6d9e8801d88...l=Rai%20Storia
My first method was to use VLC; but the only result I got was to grab a streaming of about one minute as in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fJqd-yGgDCQ
No result at all with adownloader; same as VLC with Streaming video recorder.
I wonder what is the app/method to get it? Thank you.

You can use AdobeHDS like here https://forum.videohelp.com/threads/369287-Capture-AdobeHDS-Video

but if you are outside of Italy like me, you must use a proxy , because there is a local restriction

I've just found Streaming Video Recorder capable to automatically detect the video to stream and record. Somebody told me that is possible to use the Libav: avconv and avplay with the right parameter: avplay -i "http://mediapolis.rai.it/relinker/relinkerServlet.htm?cont=746990" do the same.

Well, the previous image is gone so I could not realize the general method you use.
Anyway, what about streaming this TV channel: https://www.italiasmart.tv/canali-tv/marcopolo with VLC?
For watching it you need just to register for free; you may use google chrome for reading the translating version of it. Thank you.
