I have a Samsung 32ES6200R 32" Full HD 3D TV. I also have Samsung BD-E5500-XL 3D Blu-ray player. My TV play almost every video format but I am having problem playing one 3D HSBS mkv file on my TV which is showing error "FRAME RATE 47 NOT SUPPORTED"

But a lower model Samsung 32ES6030 32" Full HD 3D TV playing the same file without any glitch.

I extracted the following details of the said file with mkvingo GUI.

I changed the frame rate of the file from 47 to 25, 30 and 50i by using mkvmerge GUI, now all these files are playing on my tv but with shuttering i.e. slower than usual and without video-sound synchronization.

I also have 3D HSBS files with me which are playing perfectly on my tv and I am attaching the details of one of that file below.

you can't convert 48 fps to 60fps without losing quality

    GIGO.
Clearly, the file you started with was badly encoded to begin with.
    No
self-respecting professional would EVER encode a file to 47 whatever fps.
    Get better source material.
Your TV comes with a manual - read it. It will tell you what it supports. Find material that matches those specs.
If you can't, you will continue to have problems like this.

    it's 48fps, mkvinfo just reports:
Default duration: 20.854ms (47.952 frames/fields per second for a video track)
(probably due to a few time codes beeing a bit off)

48 instead of 47. That's nearly as bad.
If I had to guess, someone started with 24fps and doubled it, thinking incorrectly that it might be interlaced (24FPS never would). Not counting extremely rare cases, like someone getting a hold of a master DI copy of the Hobbit, you aren't going to find professional encoders using 48fps for anything.
Those good TVs that work well with film do so because they work on common multiples of both 24 and 30/60 (or 24 & 25/50 if in PAL areas). Such as 120Hz, 240Hz. A TV that accepted 48Fps and showed using 240Fps would look smooth, but anything less than that figure of 240 is one way or another going to show JUDDER with 48Fps footage. And the great bulk of TVs aren't even as well provisioned. They just do 59.94/60 or 50, or maybe 119.98/120 or 100 if you're lucky.

I'm sure you know this as well as I, Selur. I'm guessing the OP doesn't, and clearly wherever he/she got it from also doesn't.
