Playing DVD disk (Several VOB files) with One or 2 Subtitle Files

Hi,

I want to play my DVD movies with different subtitles. I downloaded some .srt files but those are split into 2 parts, and the DVD disk is split into 4 or more VOB files. I try to use BS player and to do Resynch of the Subtitles but it did not work.

Does Any one have any idea how to solve this problem?

One way is to demux your DVD (PGCDemux), join and convert those SRT subtitles into SUP DVD subtitles (SRT2SUP) and then reauthor. Add the movie back into the original DVD using the "Replace" button of VobBlanker. That way you'll also keep the menus and anything else (extras).

If the subs weren't designed for your DVD, you might have to resynch them, but otherwise there's no reason why it shouldn't work.
