Use F12 in a browser to get the m3u8 url -- press F12, reload the page. Then use youtube-dl to download the video via that URL:

youtube-dl https://s7.jawcloud.co/hls/baxpofxgnvts7n2gml26orh2k3l7mvgcyupb7zjfa,emjnejhwferqg3o3vzq,5xzpejhwfeqbk34lsqq,.urlset/master.m3u8

There are GUI front ends that make youtube-dl easier to use if you're not familiar with command line programs.

Yes, I was able to download a video with the command line I gave. Keep in min the URL changes from time to time (to prevent exactly what's going on here) so you have to get a fresh URL from a browser.

But when i go to the browse i dont get the url that you posted. Why is that?

Okay, when went to tools and got a link and downloaded a video but it was only a few second. How do i download the whole thing?

You got the wrong link. Typically you get a master link first, then links for individual segments later. Look for the earlier master link. Start Developer Tools then reload the page.

I already told you. And it's in the name "...master.m3u8".
