How to download this video?

I'm trying to download this video using ffmpeg

http://www.skysportscricket.eu/matchcenter?mid=4490 - this URL will only open if you are from a European country. I'm not so I just use a VPN (like France or Netherlands)

In the past I have been able to download video from that website using this command and it used to download. I use the Chrome network activity to search for the m3u8. In this videos case that wouldn't be the master.m3u8 but rather the index_2500_av.m3u8

ffmpeg -protocol_whitelist "file,http,https,tcp,tls" -i [m3u8 link] -c copy -bsf:a aac_adtstoasc output.mp4

But today I tried downloading it and I keep getting this error - Server returned 403 Forbidden (access denied) - from ffmpeg.

Any ideas on how I can download this?

I use a Mac so I cant use Tubedigger, but I googled and found an alternative called Downie.

And it worked. No need to manually get the m3u8, just drag and drop a URL.

This makes it much easier. Thanks so much
