Failure to download 1080p with youtube-dl

Hi,

I can't download the 1080p video from http://www.msn.com/en-gb/video/watch/neil-clough-the-apprentice-2013-exit-interview/vp-BBGrMq with youtube-dl.

I works fine with other resolution. can't download only 1080p.

Anyone can help with this issue?

I just noticed that when I try to download 1080p, youtube-dl gives me the url "~.ism" unlike other resolution.
So I was searching how to download files from '.ism' url, and I found out "ismdownloader" reading this thread.

And it works!!!

How to use:
I placed the yellow folder of ismdownloader on the C drive (see screenshot1). The output file (when completely downloaded) will appear in the ismdownloader folder (see screenshot2). I start the command prompt and navigate to the ismdownloader folder.
Then I paste in above command.
Note: parts in blue are what I typed or pasted into the command line

Yes, adding "/manifest" was exactly what I did with ismdownloader.

Me neither. I just wanted to get the best quality file, so I didn't search how to select the bitrate.
