Need help with TubeDigger

I installed TubeDigger (v 6.5.6) to download some videos, but it doesn't work with the site that I want save videos from.

I use Win7.32. Mozilla Firefox 64.0.2 (32-bit). Adobe Flash Player, Adobe Shockwave Player instaled and Microsoft Silverlight installed.

About site:
- needs authentication
- uses dash/MPD

I tried other sites and TubeDigger works ok.

Firefox Developer Tools shows video/audio files with different sizes, but when I try to download any .mp4 by TubeDigger, it fails.

I saw that site uses --> dashplayer_v1.js <-- If it content can help, I'll post here.


Any ideia what I need to do?
