Hi everyone,

I'm new here and I hope I arrived to the right place.

I'm trying to stream Interstellar.2014.2160p.UHD.BluRay.REMUX.HDR.HEVC. DTS-HD.MA.5.1-EPSiLON.mkv on my Chromecast Ultra.
Video wise, not an issue. However, I cannot hear the audio.
Seems that CCU doesn't support DTS.

I downloaded XMedia Recode to try and convert just the audio track to E-AC-3 on 5.1. Seems that this is supported by CCU. Got it from here.

When I played the converted video, all of a sudden the video file was not supported by CCU.

I chose the file format to be MKV, which is exactly like the original one.

So my problem is finding how to keep the original video (bit rate, resolution, quality) but only convert the audio track so I can stream it and play it on my CCU.

By the way, if I use VLC, the audio is playable but the video is choppy. Probably VLC is taking some part in processing the audio?

I use my Android phone to connect to my DLNA (router+HDD) and stream the file from the HDD to my CCU. I can play 4K movies with no issues, it's just this scenario that I'm having a problem with.

Appreciate any help on this matter.

Thanks!
