    Hi guys, I chose the America region as the VPN. There was no problem in the other parts, why does this problem occur.. how can I download it.

    Easy. That message that it throws at you is because the episode has a problem on the server and it is not able to play and so it informs you that way.

    It's NBC's own fault, you can't do anything.
