cant download specific youtube video

Hello,
please help me find how to download this youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=verOvht-pAg

Usually lot of common tools work, but this one is different, it was a live stream, now finished, but i still can play it (when i go back in time).
I already tried to search how to do it, i tried streamlink with different settings options (hls-live-edge, hls-live-restart), and also youtube-dl, both unsucesfull.

I was able to download only first 30 seconds of video (intro).
Maybe I'm doing something wrong (as i am begginer).

Could you please help me how can i download. As this was live stream i'm not sure how long it will be available...

I think you will find that video has been removed. Noted as 'unlisted'

but i can still click on play and then back in time by click to video timelime, it brings me to any position and any part could be still played.

it's downloading for me ill let you know if it works or not edit downloaded fine with TVDownloader

When I checked prior to my reply the stream would not run.


It runs now and can be downloaded by TVdownloader. A front-end for yt-downloader

Something was changed by broadcaster and now even streamlink with same setting as before now works.
streamlink --hls-live-edge 99999 --hls-segment-threads 5 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=verOvht-pAg best -o d:\file.mp4 works.
After this change only 720p as the best quality is available, but download works.

Before there was also 1080p available, i was able to play it in browser, but download didnt work with any tool i used before.

Anyway thank you for advices.

why i got with same streamlink command 720p only?
I browser i still can see 1080p60 as well..

Note: youtube compress/degrade videos with time - sometimes as soon as a Live event has finished and the master is established on their platform.
