How Can I Download Encrypted Content Without Being Decrypted?

Hello,
Could any one tell me how one can download drm protected .ts or .dash segments and join them as single .mp4 file. Result will be encrypted mp4 file. I just need that.
Youtube-dl and ffmpeg giving an error. I don't need playable mp4. I'm looking a way to download encrypted .mp4 file. Thank you.

if you got the decryption keys,its better to decrypt it on the fly while streaming and saving the decrypted result.
you need to have the keys anyways to be able to decrypt it later.

if you had the decryption keys, you wouldn't be asking me in a private message for guidance on how to decrypt it.
