  1. anyone tried to rip Blu-Ray disc Hitman?

    I cant yet get my rip to it to play.

    It's out in Europe and can be imported to play on bd players.

    rhegedus is probably right. If Hitman uses the new BD+ encryption, you will have problems. No one has been able to convert a disc with BD+ to any other format. Some BD+ discs can be ripped, but the files may not play correctly. You may need a new version of your ripping program, but you may still have problems.

    rip it with the latest any dvd,set the region to remove manually and set it to remove BD+ and you should be ok,if it still gives you trouble try running the largest mts file through Tsremux selecting the video and the audio you want to keep and output as Blu ray.
    I'm using powerdvd 3730 and it plays fine from the disk
    (region a) or if i rip it but 3.10 to yuma (region b)came out with audio and no picture (just funny lines and colours)I opened it in nero 8 (you need the bluray plugin)and it works fine,alot of the time it seems the problems are with powerdvd its incapable of navigating the menu on the uk disk and cyberlink support just send you round in circles.
