    How to convert only Audio (DTS to AAC/AC3) for Video File in MKVToolNix GUI ?
    I can convert the Video from AVI to MKV, but the Audio Codec is still maintained as DTS and I couldn't find any option to convert only Audio Codec... Any help please...

    You don't. Mkvtoolnix can only change container, not codec. Try BOX4.
