    hi guys!
    im quite noob regards to video enhancement...
    could someone help me?
    i want to know the license plate from these two videos (same car).
    license plate consists of 3 numbers and 3 letters.

    i have watched it many times with different programs...
    i have suspicion about the combination....but not sure....

    I'm not even going to download it.
    It says ASF.
    That usually means extremely low quality, highly compressed, low resolution.

    It's still really compressed.

    I'm just so used to VH's restoration section be bombarded with "help me read the 2-pixel license plate", that it's gotten old. Perhaps the next poster should volunteer the resolution info in the post instead of simply saying "download and fix my stuff please".

    ASF can also be trojan horse for malware, so I never play those.
    VirtualDub Filtermod opens it.

    It looks like 798 JPND, maybe.
    Again, as usual: compressed, blurry, few pixels to work with.

    None of the amateur sleuthing matters. For police or courts to care, the original footage must be submitted into evidence. A partial plate match with a vehicle descriptions alone should help.

    The overlay method is what will be needed here.
