I have the 20 page Eclipse report that says there were no errors or warnings on my burned DL disc I submitted for replication. Yet, I am getting reports of bad DVDs from customers, not a lot, but enough to be annoying. Not knowing how to read this report, but having read articles online about the Eclipse system, I asked if their system was set up as very strict on any errors reported and he said yes. He told me he was shocked to see that my burned disc reported no errors or warnings. By all indications, with such a report, I would expect there to be no problems with the replicated DVDs. (The company that cut the glass master is not the same as who replicated it) That is unless the replicator did no replicate 1000 perfect discs. Is this right? If I post the Eclipse report, would anyone here that knows what they're looking at, care to look at it?
