I'm creating SxVCDs from a DV source AVI. For widespread compatibility with new(er) generation DVD players, how high can I safely push the bitrate?
I'm using 3000 now, can I push this any higher and maintain good compatibility?

Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!
