Hi, guys!
I'm trying to open/convert these two files: 've never had a problem with DVD Flick converting files before , but it doesn't recognize these two and nothing else on my computer does. What are they, and what do I need to do to convert them? I can't seem to identify them with a Properties inquiry. Do I need yet another piece of software?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

They look like normal AVC and AAC in an MP4 container.

If that's the case, then I'm not sure how to "open" those containers? Is there a page on the site here for them?

Yes. Wait for a dvd or blu-ray release. Or record them yourself.
