I would like to play a DVD in a DVD player and output directly, without a computer, to a regular computer monitor. Is this possible? What do I need to do it? Would this work: http://www.hdtvsupply.com/stodvico.html
I am worried that the technology of computer monitors will never understand the output from a DVD player.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

There are dvd players, Rj1500 or rj800, these have VGA out ports on the back. About $65.00 Otherwise you could use a vga box, both planar & Viewsonic make them.
