Thanks for the comments. Unfortunately in rtmpexplorer the video doesn't load and stream, and I'm not sure how to make use of the code you provided aazerty. Is that for use in the command line interface?

Hi mikeblues ,
1) Create a directory D:\videos
2) Find "rtmpdump.exe" (on the web) put it in D:\videos
3) Open a text editor
4) Select the 6 lines below
Code:@echo on rtmpdump -r "rtmp://cp45414.edgefcs.net:1935/ondemand" -a "ondemand" -f "WIN 16,0,0,305" -W "http://emp.bbci.co.uk/emp/SMPf/1.11.0/StandardMediaPlayerChromelessFlash.swf" -p "http://news.bbc.co.uk/democracylive/hi/bbc_parliament/newsid_9680000/9680248.stm" -C O:1 -C O:0 -y "public/flash/dl_politics/827000/827730_16x9_NewsWebFlash512" -o "2015-02_827730.flv" pause rtmpdump -r "rtmp://cp45414.edgefcs.net:1935/ondemand" -a "ondemand" -f "WIN 16,0,0,305" -W "http://emp.bbci.co.uk/emp/SMPf/1.11.0/StandardMediaPlayerChromelessFlash.swf" -p "http://news.bbc.co.uk/democracylive/hi/bbc_parliament/newsid_9723000/9723612.stm" -C O:1 -C O:0 -y "public/flash/dl_politics/877000/877814_16x9_NewsWebFlash512" -o "2015-02_877814.flv" pause :end
6) Launch the file 'BBC.bat'
7) You'll get one file "2015-02_827730.flv"
8) Strike one key to continue
9) You'll get one file "2015-02_877814.flv"
10) Quit the cmd window
Cheers .JE SUIS CHARLIE !!! -
Ah, just as you posted that I thoroughly read the tutorial for rtmpexplorer and found that I needed IE and Flash installed, did so, and now it appears to be working. So I'll bear your instructions in mind in future but for the moment I think what I needed to do was just pay more attention. Thank you though!
