    When browsing ABC"s site, you can watch ABC shows, like "Grey's Anatomy", "Lost", etc. The other day, when the new series "Flash Forward" was on, i watched it on the site the next day. Anyone out there figured out how to capture an ABC show from their website? I have tried a couple software titles, but they're not working.

    About the only way is to use a screen capture program like replay video capture. ABC uses secure flash that afaik can't be downloaded directly. Replay media catcher used to be able to but adobe crippled that feature.

    I pl;ug the S-Video output into my Hauppage PVR USB2 and record that way.
