I have several music videos, just ripping my dvd....I ripped the videos from DVD Shrink 3.2, but the quality of the audio is very low. Unlike, the other videos I get from internet...
Now I try to convert all the videos to .VOB and increase the volume from TMPGEnc Plus 2.5...
I could increase or decrease the volume most of the videos that I get from the internet..
The videos that I ripped from my own didn't work...
TMPGEnc Plus --> Project Wizard --> Other Setting --> Audio --> Setting
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

what is your goal? make a new dvd? make avi files? or?
the dvd ac3 might sound low if you have a crappy computer sound system or bad ac3 decoder, try ac3 filter and you can boost the sound on your computer. -
I try to make new dvd....I using TMPGenc DVD Author....But most of the videos information I have when I add "clip information" video -->MPEG-2, 720X480 29.97 fps (4:3) NTSC, 8000 kbps.....and the audio is -->MPEG-1 Audio layer-2, 48000 Hz stereo, 384 kbps......
And when I add the other videos, it pop up logo with "TMPGEnc DVD Author has encounterd a problem" (Dolby Digital audio is not compatible with the current track)
So that's why I try to increase the volume from TMPGenc Plus but it won't won't work either cuz probly it is AC-3 audio....
Could you show me how to make the volume be the same and how to make a new dvd from TMPGEnce DVD author -
so what should I do, do I need any tool or conversion to make the videos in the same volume and that could burn in the same dvd disk. Do I need any tool or sound plug-in for tmpgenc dvd author.

If you are using AC3 then you need the AC3 plugin to hear it, although it shouldn't stop you authoring with AC3 audio.
Just create a new track for AC3 material, or use ffmpeggui to convert the audio first so it is all the same. If you want to change the voluem, use audacity or goldwave or similar to open the audio, fix the volume, then re-encode.
Personally, if the audio came from a commercial DVD, chances are it is fine, and it is your system at fault, as Baldrick pointed out.
You seem to be making life much harder for yourself than it needs to be.Read my blog here.
