Is there a way to split subtitles into 2 categories?

For example, when I open a specific video that has been downloaded the subtitles are in 2 categories, one is the sign and the other one is a dialogue (full subtitles) I burn the subtitles sign and I don't have any problems with that. But the problem I have is full subtitles and the problem is including dialogue and signs. And the sign is on top of each other because I burn sign subtitles and I want to make dialogue by default which can be switched off or on. So which program should I use to get rid of signs while keeping dialogue? Currently, I am using subtitles edit to remove signs by using find and replace, but can subtitles edit remove signs without me looking for signs and the program will do its job. Also if you know any program that can do the same job in batch episodes?

I am watching anime and signs & titles mean what is on text onscreen while dialogue or English subtitles mean the character's dialogue.
