H.264 HD progressiv possible?

Hi major.

As I didn´t receive any answer on my earlier post, asking for 5.1 sound combined with H.264, I decided to solve this with DVDSP and AC3.
Unfortunately Compressor delivers very unsatisfying results when deinterlacing HD 1080i content and is extremely slow compared to ffmpegX.

As DVDSP demands progressive H.264 with 59,94 fps as input format, my question is if the H.264 encoder within ffmpegX can produce these without a flaw?

Yes, you should be able to specify any framerate in principle.
