Shift Filter for VirtualDub?

I have been playing with the various different video filters in VirtualDub. I have noticed that there is a crop filter, and resize filter. However, there seems to be no filter to simply move/shift the image. Does anyone know of a plugin, or a way that this is done with the existing plugins?

Of note: I am using the 64-bit version of VDub. I doesn't want to load 32-bit plugins---even though the documentation says that it should handle 32-bit plugins.

"canvas size" filter in vdub2 . You can enter the +/- x and y offset and the pad color

I don't know if it's available for vdub classic
