MXF to MOV usinf ffmpeg is problematic?

Please consider this MXF source:

simply I need to do a MOV in video stream copy using:

ffmpeg -i c0004.mxf -vcodec copy -filter_complex "[0:1] [0:2] amerge" -filter_complex "[0:3] [0:4] amerge" -acodec pcm_s16le -ar 48000 -aspect 16:9 out.mov

and in Edius and Premiere comparing the original C0004.MXF frame-to-frame with out.mov. Using Adobe premiere the out.mov result in a green screen and don't import.
Edius import the out.mov but comparing frame-to-frame with original C0004.MXF is not the same. The total lengh is shorten than the .MXF, the first frame is different

I wonder if is there a way to get a .mov (video stream copy) that is exactly the same as the mxf ?

Since you have Edius and Premiere Pro, you can just import your MXF clips directly rather than having to convert them to something else first.
