My PS3 won't play my media that I've encoded using HE-AAC audio. Is there any way to get the PS3 to run HE-AAC? The video plays really fast for a few seconds, then stops, then starts again, playing very fast, until it pauses again, and so on... the audio plays fine the entire time, though. I re-encoded a test video using even higher h.264 settings than I did before, but this time with AAC audio codec, and it played fine... so it has to be the HE-AAC.

I don't want to encode the video again, just the audio. I know I can take out the audio stream with MKVToolNix, transcode it, and put it back in... but I don't know what to use to transcode the audio with. I also don't know what an acceptable bitrate for AAC would be. I've been using 48kbps stereo for HE-AAC, not sure what that translates into for AAC...
