    robinmishra,

You are unlikely to find anything in that price range of much quality. However, if you go up by another $50US (I'm assuming US...) you can start to get the very low end of the HTIB (home theatre in a box). Even at the low end, many HTIB and receivers will have much better sound than most TVs.

There were a number of systems when looking at a site like Amazon when filtering for the $100-$200 range. Make sure the receiver/HTIB you get has the number of input ports you'll be needing. Keep in mind if you have things like game consoles or satellite/cable to add as well.

As far as connectivity, you'll plug in your BluRay to the receiver via HDMI and then receiver to TV via HDMI. Hopefully the system you pick up has a remote that will help manage all the devices. Your receiver will now become the hub of your entertainment center and your TV just a display.
    Have a good one,

Actually, that's the make of the receiver I just got myself, a TR-NX708. Very good deals on it here the last month or so.

From the research I did over the last year before I made my choice, it seems that HTIB and home theatre components in general, you pretty much get what you pay for.

You could try something like the ONKYO HTX-22HDX (a 2.1 system) to start and add your center and rear speakers as more funds are available.
