Alright, I am still new so bear with me....I know VHS is 352x240 and DVD is 720x480...but what is Laserdisc? I have Star Wars on Laserdisc and I want to capture it, but all the Laserdisc specs that I have found on the web are either dead links or say different things...over 400s lines, 425 lines...but no definite number for horizontal and vertical...some one here has got to know the best resolution to capture LD at...come on I know ew got some old school video guys in here....

DVD - 500 ( no player at this time can get 540)
SP Beta - 600 lines (Industrial)
1 in Professional 600- 1024 lines
Laser disc. most 400 lines very very few reach 425 lines
Beta - 250 Lines
Super Beta - 300 Lines
ED Beta - 500 lines -
