  1. does anyone know how to correct tempgenc (correct settings) to fix audio/video alignment ? i want to make a lossless mpg2 file from the vob's (gonna put it on a dvdr) but its always out of sync

  2. Use a different audio source like in DVD2AVI it makes a .wav file use that.

    here's a radical idea...at least i haven't seen it mentioned in the post yet...but eh...sue me if some1 already said it b4...

    when i ripped 10 Things I Hate About You into SVCD, the audio was outta sync continously throughout the entire movie..there's a filter in tempgenc called "source range"...under that filter there is an option for "audio skew" this allows tempgenc to insert audio earlier or later, depending on what # u put into "audio skew"...(i think a negative # makes the audio start later)..if you wanna encode the entire movie...then under that filter...just set start frame and end frame as the beginning and end of the movie, respectively
