  1. I've never had this issue before using the same encoding settings. I'm using Bd-Rebuilder 50.11 and the particular movie is Se7en (VC-1) and it stutters just slightly, the audio seems unaffected. I know it's the encoding/encoder because the bluray itself plays fine on the same system then after the encode it stutters using the same playback methods.

I've also burned to blu-ray and played on ps3 and ps4 and still stutters. I tried encoding the same way again to make sure it wasn't a fluke and the problem remained. I've always used the High Speed option & ABR due to having a slower 'puter. But this has never been a problem just takes longer. My target size is BD-25 if that matters.

    Here's the system settings:
    [05/09/16] Checking System Settings
    - BD-Rebuilder v0.50.11
    - Windows Version: 6.1 [7600]
    - Working Path Free Space: 96.73GB
    - AVISYNTH Version: 2.5.7.0, Ok
    - LAVFILTERS: Ok
    - AnyDVD settings check: Ok.
    - X264: Ok
    - AFTEN: Ok
    - FAAC: Ok
    - MP4BOX: Ok
    - WAVI: Ok
    - TSMUXER: Ok
    - FRIMEncode: Ok
    - FRIMDecode: Ok

Try switching frame serve to DS from LAVF. DS seems to handle VC1 better.

    Assuming BD-Rebuilder always uses Avisynth...

    AVISYNTH Version: 2.5.7.0, Ok
2.5.7 is outdated Besides, the Avisynth script itself may be the source of the problem

Use Directshowsource for frame serving was already checked when I encoded.

  6. The new Bd Rebuilder and avi synth yielded the same results, however doing the opposite of what wulf109 said and it seems to have worked.
