I do the majority of the cooking at my house. My kids don't seem to complain!

Don't bake much. Specialties are roasts, BBQ, saute and stir-fry.

I do all my cooking, but I have a limited repertoire. I try new recipes, but only about a 50% success rate most times. I have a great gas grill on the patio, so at least steaks and burgers always come out well.

I can cook a little better than Mom, or so she says. I can't create my own recipes, but can make changes/substitutions. Yeast breads and roast turkey are my weakest areas.

I am a decent cook and do most of the cooking at home.

  8. I am a decent cook, but my wife is better; she does most of the cooking. I do mainly roasts and barbeques unless she's away.

  9. I grew up in a small family style restaurant my Dad owned. I do most of the cooking at our house, the Chinese restaurant on the other end of town does the rest

I'm great at making up sauces and seasoning recipes, and can 'doctor' and substitute well on most recipes.

I've begun the journey of trying to lose thirty+ pounds so the meal plan in our house has changed greatly. Lot's or lean grilled meats and veggies now! Fruits and low carb low sugar desserts

In some cases it is difficult to let the GF let you cook ... or accept suggestion.

Helps to have a doggie nearby.

I'm the cook in our home...no one complaining from everyone. Of course the could always take over and I'd be happy.
