Capture hdmi extern box

Jag söker efter en "billig" capture device som klarar hdmi 1080p/25 som input.
Köpte en "mycket" billig device som skulle klara mina behov.
Jodå, den klarade nästan av det, 5 fps i stället för 25 fps, inte kul att titta på.
Bakgrund, från min satellitmottagare i Sverige vill jag streama den via ffmpeg o udp via usb3 till min lilla Linux burk ner till mitt vinternäste på Teneriffa.

Så, vet någon om någon device som klarar 1080p/25 o inte är alltför svindyr, helst med loop through.

Hi !
It can do 25-30 fps if you set it to MJPG instead of YUV in the resolution settings.

All those cheap HDMI capture devices based on Ms2109 chipset do this : if set to YUV then frame rate = 5fps.If set to MJPG then frame rate = 25 or 30 fps.

Ok, det funkar men, v4l2 o optioner därefter håller på att sänka min lilla burk, 128% i cpu.
Utan v4l2 låg cpu'n på 30%.
Samt att den laggar för mycket, 6 sekunder.
Det är alldeles för mycket för att kunna använda androidäfjärren.
Sen kan inte jag inte köra "copy" som speedar upp saker o ting.
Nä, får nog offra mina slantar på en som kan ta 1080p/25 rakt av, läsa in yuy till mpeg o ut på nätet.
Men stort tack för att du hjälpte mig.

OK. So maybe you can try this new capture card based on Ms2130 chipset which allows 1080p-30fps YUV for nearly 20 Euros but you must plug it to a USB3 port in order to have this. If plug on a USB2 port then you will have the same thing as the previous capture card you bought.

I didn't bought it yet, but plan to purchase this beguinning of 2023. So I can't tell you more, but if you search on youtube for Ms2130 videos you may get an idea about it.

Ok, köpte en sån här från Aliexpress.

Den ser ut att klara hdmi upp till 1080p/30, men ger bara 5 fps om man inte gör om den till mjpeg.
Så, man kan inte lita på vad kineserna skriver.
Men den du tittar på "kanske" klarar det.
Har tittat runt och har hittat några med en prislapp på runt 800:-.
Vill inte beställa något från Kina, vänta i 1 månad och se vad jag får även fast det är billigt.

Apologies for necro-posting but I suspect the above AliExpress purchase is one of the fake USB 3.0 devices that is really USB 2.0 but with blue plastic. There are lots of these kicking around that use the USB 2.0 Macrosilicon chip that only supports YUV uncompressed capture at SD resolutions and uses MJPEG for HD capture at regular frame rates. These solutions also appear to have less-than-great sound capture functionality (mono and low bandwidth?).

The newer MS2130/2131 (the 1 variant has HDMI passthrough I think) are appearing that appear to be capable of YUV uncompressed capture at 1080p60 and LPCM audio - have one on order to try.

Tänkte testa denna, den har allt jag behöver.
Encodar till h264/h265.
Skall köra med 720P o unicast till mvp eller vlc.
Alla recentioner "verkar" positiva, men, men.
