    I downloaded a Video file ,and when I opened the Folder,I got a bunch of VOB files,.
    Can I turned this folder into an ISO?

  4. DVD Shrink will convert it to ISO. Just make sure compression is disabled, or set the target output size to something large in DVDShrink's preferences so it won't try to shrink the video (DVD9 or larger). That way, you don't need to remember to disable compression every time you open a folder/disc.

    Yep ImgBurn

    And if you want to burn it to a DVD, save a step and just burn the VIDEO_TS folder to a disc with ImgBurn
