  1. Does anybody know any simple way to download MPD files from sites that just don't give you any MPD link?

I noticed YouTube Movies and Philo both do this.

It's not any issue at all getting the keys, it's just there seems to be no manifest at all showing for these particular sites.

It's just "ismv" and "isma". Not even an ism file.

  2. Does the Stream Detector add-on pops up with anything?
Fiddler or any other network sniffer is your friend.

Stream Detectors detect no video at all.

Sniffing just seems to give me two init.mp4 files and ton of ismv/isma chunks.

They aren't numbered in any easy was like 01.ismv, they are like 67675646.ismv.

Can you share access via private message to that Philo thing? I'd like to inspect.

  5. On the face of it seems like html5 stream. The <video> tag in the .js on the page source should link directly to an mp4, src=somemp4
    May be obfuscated.

But without the page url we're pissing in the wind as usual trying to advise in general terms.

Sometimes idm will sniff out the mp4.
