The source I have is MKV with PGS subs. I tested with Vidcoder and Handbrake having the same results when converting into MP4 with hardburn PGS subs. The issue is that the hardburn PGS subs are shifted towards the right side of the full video. ASS and SRT subtitles are normally in the center. The MKV source with PGS subtitles is also in the center when played on MPC.
Any tips on how to resolve the mis-aligned subs? Are there other easy gui video encoders to try just like Vidcoder/Handbrake?

I also tried with different MKV source (PGS subtitles) but the same issue. The video dimensions and aspect ratio are the same when I convert it to MP4. I have no issues with hardburn .ASS or .SRT. Seem to happen only on PGS subtitles.
Maybe there is a global setting? Sadly, I don't see much subtitle settings on Handbrake/Vidcoder.
