    iI,

I'm using a Sony 4K video camera roving around for a well lit stage concert and will use the Hero5 on a fixed stand to shoot the whole band and stage.

When HD editing in Video Pro X10, I want to be able to zoom into some of the Hero shots.

I am new to Hero so what would the best settings be please?

I can use 4K or 2.7k but what frame rate?

    Thanks

4k, 50p, if the noise level is good.

Only drop framerate if there is little movement expected.

Drop to 2.7k if noise is too high.

    Test beforehand.

Only go higher framrates if you SPECIFICALLY intend to use it for slomo.
