Hi,
I recently bought a DVD-ROM for my PC and when I put a DVD in it, the video plays but the video seems to stutter or looks choppy.
I was wondering why this is so? I used the ATI DVD player and I also tried WinDVD and they both had the same problem.
I'm running a
Pentium 500MHZ
I got one hundred and twenty something MB ram
Loads of free space on my PC
An ATI Rage 128.
These might sound old cause I got my PC two years ago.
Thanks for any help.
