  1. I am using vspipe with x265 binary, I have question about frames
    for vapoursynth -s, --start N Set output frame range (first frame)
    the first frame I type for example 1500 is inclusive(it start for the frame 1500) correct?
    for x265 binary when set --frames 5000 is exlusive (Frame 5000 will not be included) correct ?
    from programming perspective that how I understand it, but I didnt find anything that confirm what I think
    1 frame is barly noticable but I just be sure

    Yes

    Yes, because frame numbering starts at zero . 0 to 4999 is 5000 frames
