  1. I have tried numerous times with automatic synchronizers but it does not work, can anyone help me?

    I would like to suggest you to use Subtitld, with the "Gap" tool:

    I believe you can fix this manually with the Gap tool.

    Hey, I also use Subtitld. But I also have used Allway Sync and its a good allrounder.

  4. Just to clarify, you are focused on synchronization, i.e. adding the time codes of when text should appear. I'll assume that you already have a transcript of the video.

    If so, I actually think YouTube is excellent for this. Upload your file on YouTube and mark it Private. Then follow these instructions:

    To get the the transcript to split the transcript into logical chunks, I recommend doing this with your transcript file before uploading:

    Try it out. It works really well for me.
