I'd like members of our group to be able to share video files from their phones.
I tested emailing (and texting) an attached video, captured by phone, but the quality of the received file was not nearly as good as the quality of the video playing it on the originating phone. I've looked at cloud solutions, but don't want one where a phone app is required.
    Any ideas?

I know it's not what you want but have you tried uploading to YouTube?

You can set a video to private so only those with the link can view it.

Other than that try Google or any number of file uploading websites.

Though I imagine they'll all require their own app.

Barring that you could always burn the original file to a dvdr or bdr and physically mail it. Then it will be an exact copy of the original. Or use flash drives but that's probably more expensive if your gonna do this a lot.

It's not important the problem be solved, only that the blame for the mistake is assigned correctly
