    Which compiler did you used?

    Is pretty odd to be almost 1MB on size (32-bit version).

    I compiled myself with VS2019 and got it just under 560KB:
    572,416 flac.exe (559KB) and YES it does include OGG.

    PS: as for 64-bit should be under 1MB too.

    You made me look.

    514.5KB for the version in the foobar2000 encoder pack (32bit). It appears to include ogg.
