Well, it wouldn't because .mpd is not a webpage... it's more like a file extension.
And -F isn't used when downloading a file. It would start with -f followed by the format code...

A webpage link would be handy, but if the file is drm protected as mentioned earlier you could be wasting you're time.

Getting .mp4 is not a problem. It is however encrypted with widevine and you need a license server url key to decrypt it. Good luck finding it.
