    VCD's I've created in TMPGEnc play fine on the PC, but are jumpy on a VCD player, I'm assuming this is a VBV Buffer problem, though I used the tmplate defaults. I was just wondering whether increasing or decreasing this would fix the playback. Oh, the VCD player doesn't jump on shop bought VCD's.

    I think I should bump this now, and addendum.. the media doesn't seem to be the problem.
