    Hello,

    I have two mp4 files. One video and the other an audio track. How can I mux this without quality loss?

    You can use an MP4 multiplexer like MP4Box or L-SMASH. Both are command line tools; if you prefer a GUI for easier handling, there are a few for MP4Box (like YAMB or the MP4 muxer tool inside MeGUI).
