go into device manager - click on your battery - Select Microsoft ACPI Compliant Method - click uninstall
restart your computer and see if it'll now boot.

how much ram does your computer have ?? see this thread - https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/stop-error-0x000000a5-error-upon...60872c2?page=2 might also check if you have SecureBoot is disabled, Legacy BIOS enabled. (Also tried UEFI boot just in case)

Realtek USB2.0 Audio - nothing I've tried, worked for this either.
PCI Device - Had to do with Intel Controllers- See attached pics

I also used a Program "Snappy Drivers" Free to Use, which identified a lot of the drivers needed, plus this Zipped file 7updrivers.7z

Thanks, this Snappy Drivers helped me to find Windows 7 drivers for Asus ROG B660-F motherboard, working everything great.

  21. Hi everyone,

Like many others, I joined this forum to thank Atak for the tool - great stuff I had used Gigabyte's tool and Biostar's too but none got me as far as Atak's - thank you! The other tools didn't cover Gemini Lake CPUs it seems. I can now get Win 7 Home Premium to install on a Biostar J4105HNU mobo with 8GB ram, but it won't boot - hangs at the Windows logo.

I have tried to install on the mobo's NVME (128GB), and also a SATA SSD but both have the same issue. I assume it is a driver in the iso, but which one? Any idea how I find out?

    Thanks!

  23. it wouldn't install without this. It also won't boot in safe mode. Actually, I may give up and experiment with Win 11 since the mobo supports this. I already tried Ubuntu 20 but that doesn't load sound drivers - tried the code fixes on some forums but still no success. Mobo works fine with Win 10. Edit: mobo runs win 11 - when installing, it asked for a product key so I gave a bulk win 10 pro key and it installed 11 pro. Who knew. I still prefer Win 7, but clearly Bill and his cronies are jealous of Elon so Win 7 just gets harder and harder to implement.
