So yesterday I solved the scaled subs problem by downgrading Subtitle Edit. However, I still have video converting problems. It still crashes if I don't add the PlayRes values. Is it possible that FFMPEG is at fault here, and that SE was the one it was bundled with? It wasn't like this on my Win7 machine just a month ago. I want to uninstall or downgrade FFMPEG.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Hi !
If you want to download old versions of Ffmpeg, you can find them here : https://www.videohelp.com/software/ffmpeg/old-versions
Please have a nice day

If Subtitle Edit comes bundled with ffmpeg, where do I put the old version into?

Subtitle edit doesn't include ffmeg. You will have to look to where it was installed.
