    No Prob..... my bad..

    What I'm hoping for is some way to stream an ip camera using a DVR recorded file.

    So the IP Cam would be connected to the DVR where the input is recorded then I connect to the DVR on line using it IP Address.

    Lets say the DVR file is .mp4 then i can use that in a web player (src="http://ip_Address:PORT/video_file.mp4)
