Jerky Video play

Have unusal prob with an .mp4 file I downloaded.
It plays ok except very jerky motion, seems it plays for 2 seconds then freezes for 1 second constantly for the whole video clip, resulting in jerky display
Expect cant do much about that, as its downloaded, unless someone more expert has an idea or knows a prog that might solve it?

You might post a MediaInfo text view of the problem video for members to analyze for some suggestions.

Yeah should have thought of that as it gives more accurate info.
