Ifo error and missing pack header

i have a foreign movie that is region 1 im pretty sure. I cant seem to use dvdshrink, when it gets to the end of analyzing it says invalid parameters "drive letter". dvd fab ripped it but i cant get to dvdshrink it down or nero to do anything. currently im trying autogk to rip only the movie out and see if that works.

dvd decrypter gives me

followed by a lot of pack headers not found.

the disc is pretty clean and i hear no difficulty and have no freezes from not being able to read a section.
does anyone know where the problem is and how i can fix it?

Use dvd decrypter or good old smart ripper to remove region code , and to strip out only the main title .

Then dvdshrink should beable to handle it .

autogk worked at getting only the movie out, but i kinda want a full dvd rip.
smartrip gave me locked section errors.
